This innovative connection method provides a secure and versatile solution for attaching various services, displays, and units to the original iron tunnel lining of the iconic Tube.
Our TSCs offer strong and secure mounting points without damaging the existing nuts, bolts, and tunnel segments. This non-invasive approach is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the historic infrastructure while facilitating modern upgrades.
Lindapter TSCs are particularly advantageous in situations where quick adjustments are required, and welding is not an option. Our design allows for easy installation, adjustment, movement, and removal, making them ideal for both temporary and permanent applications. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
Over the years, we have developed an extensive range of TSCs to suit a wide variety of applications, earning approval from London Underground. Our connectors are suitable for use in cast iron tunnel rings and steel troughing structures with bolted connections, meeting the stringent requirements of S1050 and S1063 standards.
The most popular TSCs, with load capacities ranging from 50kg to 250kg, are listed on the London Underground Approved Product Register. For more demanding applications, we provide bespoke TSCs with higher loading capacities of up to 1050kg.

The Lindapter TSH50 is a lightweight TSC, with adjustment to enable connection to a variety of tunnel segment designs. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
The Lindapter TS50FP has extended side brackets for use in locations where the TSH50 will not fit because tubbing rings are of a deeper section e.g. Central, Northern and Picadilly lines. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts. Type
The Lindapter SPBC is an approved fabrication method for connecting to tunnel bolts in applications where only vertical support is required. For example hanging cables or suspending ceilings. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
The TSCFP is the standard TSC, designed to suit a range of common tunnel lining designs, whilst offering a large capacity. The adjustable side brackets attach to the heads of ring bolts of a wide range of tubbing ring sections. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
The Lindapter TSCFFFP has a reduced height and smaller aperture than the 200kg Standard TSC. It is specifically designed to suit 1” bolts and shallow tubbing ring sections. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
This bracket has a reduced height and smaller aperture than the 200kg Standard TSC and the TSCFFFP. It is specifically designed to suit the shallowest tubbing ring sections. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
The TSFPE is a heavier duty version of the TS50FP. It has extended side brackets for deeper tubbing ring sections and an additional reaction bar that spreads the applied load and pivots to match the orientation of the curved tubbing ring. All parts are hot dip galvanised as standard. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts.
The TSCSBHL61 consist of heavier gauge steel to provide an increased load capacity and longer jacking screws to provide stability on deep tunnel segments. The slots in the face plate are to suit M12 bolts. A larger version for deeper tubbing rings and bolts up to 75mm across corners is also available.

We also offer TSC spacers in sizes of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, allowing for the extension of the TSC face plate for additional clearance. These spacers are particularly useful when existing cables or rendering need to be accommodated.
For projects with unique requirements, our Research and Development team provides bespoke solutions, tailoring TSCs to specific applications. This has included creating connectors with load capacities up to 1050kg, ensuring the optimum connection solution is specified for each project.
HVAC System Upgrade: During a recent upgrade of the HVAC system in a section of the Tube, our TSCs were used to mount new units without disrupting the existing tunnel structure. The quick and non-invasive installation allowed the project to be completed efficiently, minimising downtime.
Cable Management: In a project to improve the Tube's power distribution, our 100kg Vertical Hanger (SPBC) was employed to hang new cables. The adjustable design made it easy to adapt to various tunnel segments, and the installation was completed without welding, preserving the tunnel's structural integrity.
Acoustic Panel Installation: To reduce noise levels in a busy section of the Tube, our 200kg Super Flush Fit TSC was used to attach acoustic panels. The reduced height and flush fit of the connectors allowed for a seamless integration with the tunnel lining, enhancing passenger comfort without compromising on space or safety.
