The American Copper Buildings development is a luxury residential structure which consists of two skyscrapers that are connected by a three story 'Skybridge', 300ft above New York City. The stunning Skybridge contains a fitness and leisure complex with a swimming pool on the bottom floor.
 
This impressive structure's unique Skybridge that is a feat of modern engineering in itself. It is made out of steel trusses that weigh up to 34,000lbs each (421,000lbs in total). The engineers specified Lindapter's ICC approved Girder Clamp connections for securing a steel framework to the trusses, which supports the cladding panels underneath the Skybridge.

The engineer specified Lindapter’s Type AAF clamps due to their adjustability in the field, high strength capacity and durability. The lateral adjustability allowed a quick and convenient installation without drilling or welding. The self-adjusting product design was also beneficial and allowed contractors to quickly and easily move and secure the frame for the panels into position, reducing installation time.
